The incident happened in June this year. Shenzhen Huanyee Intellectual Property Company was severely questioned by the US Trademark Office for allegedly providing false, fictitious and fraudulent information during the trademark submission process. Until now, the US Patent and Trademark Office has announced the final sanctions on this matter: ruling that more than 15,000 trademarks are invalid, deleting the communication information of the illegal individuals and institutions involved, and permanently suspending the trademark office accounts of the relevant individuals and institutions.

On December 10, 2021, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued another order of Sanctions, "In re Yusha Zhang and Shenzhen Huanyee Intellectual Property Co., Ltd." This basically declared the end of the heated discussion six months ago.

Given that a large number of U.S. trademarks are involved this time, it is recommended that everyone check whether their own trademarks are safe.
