Recovery method:

1. Contact customer service first to split it. After splitting, it is very simple.

Customer service sometimes does not split the package for the following reasons:

A. The two listings are too similar to be separated. In this case, you need to modify the listings, either the pictures or the text. Usually one case can be solved here. If the customer service does not understand, open a few more cases and it will be 100% solved.


In fact, as long as you make sure it is merged, it is easy to handle. You can use the customer service utility to unmerge and refresh it and it can be sold.


You can get the editing rights of the cross-site follow-up listing, modify the pictures, titles, etc., and smoothly separate the merged links. If you are faced with a merged link of a site that you have not opened, it may take longer steps, such as brand authorization of small accounts to follow up, etc. If possible, try to use the Amazon barcode as much as possible, at least to avoid losing both money and people after problems occur.
