2. Portable customer service

The Libra APP has preset professional Amazon email templates for McKee, including replying to buyers' questions, handling order issues, contacting and guiding buyers to modify negative reviews, etc. It also supports binding of multiple email accounts with no upper limit, and supports customization of email templates. The mobile APP can directly reply to customer emails.

3. Evaluation tracking

Monitor and remind buyers of their latest reviews, so that sellers can handle bad reviews in a timely manner and avoid affecting the listing ranking and conversion rate due to bad reviews. It also allows sellers to more intuitively understand the specific evaluation information of the product, such as: rating/evaluation pictures/evaluation videos, etc. At the same time, in the "Monitored Products" section, you can also view the product's price/specific number of reviews/new reviews/weekly review rate, etc.

4. Team management

Team management is supported. Users can create their own teams, invite company personnel to join, and jointly manage one or more Libra accounts.

5. Keyword tracking

Monitor product and keyword rankings at all times, and monitor ranking changes within 90 days. Manually refresh to update all products; you can also refresh and update data for individual products. You can also set the update time, and the system will automatically update the ranking of products and keywords at the set time. The system can match the top 200 products in the search, and the ranking data of products after 200 will not be displayed.

6. Keyword analysis

It supports basic search and fuzzy search. According to the keywords entered by the seller, the Libra system will provide the seller with a set of relevant keywords based on big data analysis technology, and at the same time provide the seller with data such as the corresponding click-through rate, purchase intention rate and order rate for each keyword within one month.

7. Claims Assistant

Help sellers recover miscalculated amounts from the past 18 months, mainly including abnormal FBA inventory and abnormal orders.

The fee is capped at 0.7%, and the fee includes all fees from deposit to withdrawal. Libra has no exchange loss. The exchange rate is calculated based on the spot purchase price at the time of exchange settlement on the same day for withdrawal applications initiated during bank working hours, and the corresponding RMB withdrawal amount is calculated based on the spot purchase price of T+1 (i.e. the next working day) for withdrawal applications initiated outside working hours.
