What is the Community Mentor Program? Community Mentor Program Review

The Community Mentor Program is a project launched by eBay in the United States in July 2018. Experienced sellers can apply to become mentors in the eBay community to assist their peers in solving problems encountered in actual operations. In return, mentor sellers can receive some benefits provided by eBay.

Origin

eBay learned that some sellers in the seller team wanted to get free help and advice from experienced sellers. eBay believes that sellers can help each other in a specific environment and at any time. For sellers who are willing to share their experience, eBay decided to provide some benefits and let them become mentors to provide free help to other sellers. Therefore, the Community Mentor Program came into being.

Community mentor benefits

1. Enter the private tutor lounge and connect with your peers;

2. Direct access to the eBay community team, including monthly video chats;

3. Have the opportunity to shape new features for the community;

4. Exclusive badges on community profiles;

5. Opportunities to be invited to exclusive events.

condition

1. Active eBay buyer or seller;

2. Publish using eBay transaction ID;

3. Speak more than 500 times in the community;

4. Active community participant for more than 6 months;

5. Willing to mentor others.
