FAQ

Q: What kind of strategies does Informed.co offer?

A: The tool offers two algorithmic strategies. One of them is Get the Buy Box, which helps sellers win and hold the Buy Box. The other is called Sales Velocity, which is a solution for optimizing private label products or making product listings without competitors. The tool also has other pre-set strategies that allow sellers to compete with Featured Sellers or sellers of low-priced products. For added flexibility, sellers can customize strategies based on shipping methods, feedback ratings, seller ratings, featured seller status, and even compete directly for the Buy Box.

Q: Can sellers choose only one repricing strategy?

A: It is not encouraged, and it is recommended to use a mixture of strategies. Sellers can copy or create multiple strategies and assign any strategy to any number of product listings as needed.

Q: How long does it take to set up the tool?

A: It takes about 15 minutes to create a free account and sync platform data. Sellers then need to customize their repricing strategy or choose a pre-built algorithm that will automatically reach their goals. Finally, sellers need to enter the minimum price for each seller information. Sellers can upload this information in bulk using a spreadsheet template, automatically calculate based on the desired profit margin, or enter it manually.
