Hush's founder, Mandy Watkins, is an Australian who was so traumatised by her first experience of the northern hemisphere winter that she began designing her own wardrobe for the long cosy nights escaping the British weather. Q: Can I make special requests for my packaging?

A: If you do have any packaging requirements, please let us know by popping a note in the "Notes" box when placing your order. Please note that during our promotional periods, all orders (including full-priced items) will be sent in promotional packaging due to high demand unless a gift box is purchased at checkout.

Q: How does multi-buy work?

A: We offer multi-buys on many of our essentials at various times of the year. This is a great way to stock up on your favourites. It's simple, the more you buy, the cheaper they are. The offer only applies to the same product, but you can mix colours and sizes as you choose. Prices are displayed by clicking on the 'Multi-buy' drop-down menu on the product page. The discount is automatically applied when you add items to your basket. In the event of a partial return of a multi-buy set or similar discount, the promotion will be void and you will be refunded a pro-rata refund based on the value of the items retained.

Q: How do I know if you received my return?

A: It may take up to 10 days to process a refund or exchange; once we have processed it, you will receive an email confirming the return and/or exchange. We do not send an email confirming when our warehouse receives the package; however, you can track its progress using the 14-digit code on your proof of mailing receipt.
