After confirming receipt, he used his buyer account to apply for a non-return and refund on the grounds of "the product received was inconsistent with the product".

Yeung is a habitual offender of the empty-package scam. Before he was arrested this year, he had defrauded Amazon for more than seven years, with a cumulative amount of over one million US dollars.
