Newegg launches Newegg+ free membership plan!

It is learned that on April 24, according to foreign media reports, Newegg launched a new free membership plan Newegg+ to attract new users to register.

It is understood that Newegg evaluates customer needs and expectations to adjust benefits. Newegg+ will provide members with priority services to enhance the shopping experience on the Newegg platform, mainly including free shipping on millions of products, exclusive offers, warranty discounts, fast returns and dedicated customer service.

Customers who choose to join the Newegg+ membership program need to first create or log in to their free Newegg account, then register for Newegg+ membership and enjoy membership benefits. Currently, the Newegg+ membership promotion has begun and will last until April 28.

Newegg has been expanding the additional services it provides to customers . In March 2024, Newegg partnered with Likewize to provide paid additional services, providing a purchase protection plan for eligible products . In addition, Newegg also launched the Newegg Refreshed refurbishment program to provide users with high-quality refurbishment services.

Kidd Liu, senior director of business system development at Newegg, said that currently most retailers' membership programs require payment of membership fees. As a free membership service, Newegg+ will play an active role in attracting more users to the Newegg platform .
