China Trade News Agency is a unit directly under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It is responsible for editing and publishing China Trade News, hosting the Chinese and English magazines China Foreign Trade, operating China Trade News Network, China Foreign Trade Network and the corresponding Weibo and WeChat public accounts, chairing the China Foreign Trade Council, organizing trade promotion and exchange activities, and is in charge of China Trade International Cultural Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

China Trade News and China Foreign Trade magazines aim to publicize and interpret foreign economic and trade policies, disseminate domestic and foreign trade and investment and commercial legal service information, and help enterprises conduct international operations.
