Taking banking as an example, the Avaamo system stores more than 2 million banking business scripts and can handle consultations such as loan initiation, credit card services, fraud detection, account management, and mortgage issuance.

The Avaamo system can perform conversation statistics for data analysis. Based on the interaction between the user and the robot, the category, frequency and trend of the consulted business can be counted, as well as subsequent AI intelligent analysis, sentiment value analysis and visual reports.
