Volusion created a new conceptual LOGO. The wallet represents the attributes of the transaction, and the prism represents the customer. Customers create better performance by using Volusion's products and services, just like the prism itself, which can refract a beam of light into beams of multiple colors.

The V is the first letter of the platform name. The four different colors represent the four aspects of Volusion products: creating your store, selling your products, expanding your business, and the help provided by the platform.

Hacker Attacks

According to zdnet, hackers hacked into Volusion's infrastructure and spread malicious code, affecting more than 6,500 e-store websites. The incident was a typical MAGECART supply chain attack. The attacker gained access to Volusion's Google Cloud infrastructure and modified the JS file in it to add malicious code for recording user credit card information. The malicious code was loaded into Volusion-based online stores. As of now, the malicious code is still on Volusion's server, and Volusion has not responded to the incident.
