Since June 2009, the Indonesian Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (DGPT) has prohibited Indonesian offshore companies from becoming applicants for certification and certificate holders. Only companies and individuals registered in Indonesia are entitled to apply for registration and hold certificates. After obtaining the certificate, the corresponding logo must be affixed to the product:

Scope of certification

For general products, SDPPI recognizes test reports from ISO 17052 laboratories.

l BT Bluetooth: No.09 / DIRJEN /2004

l WLAN Wireless Local Area Network: No. 28 / PERMEN/ 2015

l SRD Short Range Radio: No. 214 / DIRJEN / 2005

l GSM Cellular Mobile Communications: No.370 /DIRJEN / 2010

l WCDMA: No.173 /DIRJEN / 2009

l LTE: No. 27 TAHUN 2015

For mobile phones, laptops and tablets, applying for SDPPI certification can be issued by providing a DoC certificate.
