Amazon sellers are being scammed for free! Video tutorials have received tens of thousands of views

Recently, a video has been widely circulated on the Internet. It actually teaches people how to take advantage of Amazon's after-sales refund loophole to get the seller's products for free! The video has been viewed more than 50,000 times!

Someone has replied under the video that he successfully got the seller's product for free through this method! A buyer bought a mouse on Amazon, and referred to the content and tutorial in this video to contact Amazon customer service, and finally got a full refund without return, and got a mouse worth dozens of dollars for free .

We had discussed this issue of free shopping with everyone last month in advance. Due to the implementation of Amazon's two new policies, "No Return Refund and Free Exchange", it is easier for consumers to initiate returns at the front desk, even returns without refunds.

This video was launched at the beginning of this year. The initial number of views was average, but it grew rapidly after March and April, and the number of views increased rapidly at the end of June. The corresponding nodes were actually the implementation of the new policy + the Primeday return wave. Consumers are prone to return products after impulse purchases. It would be great if they could get a refund directly without returning the products. Therefore, the number of views of this video increased dramatically after Primeday, which also caused sellers to generate a large number of strange non-refund return orders in July, resulting in heavy losses.

This video is now very popular. If you search "amazon return cheat" on Google, the top search result is this video. The content is exactly the same as the method used by the professional refund team we talked about last time. This chaos has been operated by a professional team, and the method has been spread by consumers. It is actually similar to the life cycle of the black technology routines in the domestic seller circle!

Is the refund chaos coming to an end?

The operational black technologies that domestic sellers can access, such as refurbishment, forced account opening, etc., are all discovered by a small number of people who first discovered Amazon loopholes and used them to sell services. Then someone will reveal the operating steps and details of the loopholes, making them known to everyone in the circle. Looking at this routine, is it exactly the same as the development process of the non-return and refund routine this time?

To put it bluntly, the routine of non-return and refund is actually not complicated. It mainly takes advantage of the platform's protection of consumers and the Amazon refund approval loopholes they have tried to find. They obtain approval for non-refund returns by claiming that they have not received the goods and trying to apply for a refund to different customer service staff many times.

This operation has led to the emergence of a professional refund team, which is very similar to the black technology service providers we have. After ordinary consumers place an order, they ask a professional team to contact Amazon customer service to get a full refund and keep the product. The team will charge a certain amount of product as a reward. Doesn’t it look like the forced opening service at that time? Now this industry has developed to a very scary level. They will even hire a customer service representative from Amazon’s internal refund team and designate this “insider” to handle the refund for them.

Of course, as I said above, this trick, like black technology, will eventually decline. If Amazon finds out, it will definitely close the refund loophole and use stricter refund review and logistics tracking to prevent consumers from deliberately buying products for free. At this stage, if there are a large number of free refund orders, it is better to open a case and contact customer service to check the situation.
