First, what to do in market research --- capacity, evaluation base, ratings, prices, competitor links, competing products, and use tools such as Google to track the performance of new competing products in real time.

Second, how to get reviews---1. Gift cards, 2. Variants, 3. Real people's reviews, 4. Early reviewers, 5. Direct reviews, 6. Vine

Third, the inventory of FBA products must be 0 when they are put on the shelves, and the new product traffic support period is calculated from the time they can be sold at the front desk.

Fourth, pricing strategy---listing pricing (BD discount, CP discount, off-site promotion, marketing, CPC, Coupon, Prime exclusive discount)

Promotional price - price increase strategy to ensure no loss, test price (premise of sales fluctuation)

After stable orders - maximize profits

Fifth, coupons and promotional codes, if used together at the beginning of a flash sale, will cause heavy losses. You should also pay attention to coupon bugs.

Sixth, pay attention to Amazon's hidden costs, such as the shipping and warehousing fees that are enabled by default by the operator, which causes heavy losses, followed by storage fees for goods that are considered dangerous, incorrect product handling fees, and high bid advertising.

Seventh, if the product FNSKU is wrongly labeled, the product will be scrapped directly. (FNSKU is a barcode automatically generated by the system when creating an FBA shipment. One product SKU corresponds to one FNSKU)

Eighth, pay enough attention to the flash sale, including the price, minimum quantity, time, whether you should participate, and cancel in time if you don’t want to participate (25 hours in advance, otherwise the flash sale fee will be wasted)

Ninth, 3-5 times the number of feedback in 30 days is roughly equivalent to the store’s daily sales.

10. There is no shopping cart at the front desk ? Check whether the zip code at the front desk is the country's.

11. Sales, Payment Collection, and Profit (You can understand it from one picture)

12. Request review. The response rate for this is about 2%. It is recommended that you send it in batches after work local time or on Saturdays, so that the email open rate will be higher.

The above are all important but easily overlooked common sense, you can keep them for now.
