3. Development History

In 1995, HQTS officially became a wholly-owned company, providing outsourced inspection services to international companies.

In 2002, HQTS was privatized and became a service provider that could directly undertake domestic and international business.

In 2003, HQTS and QA International of the United States established a joint venture laboratory in Hangzhou.

In 2006, HQTS established a branch in Europe.

In 2008, HQTS established branches in India and the United States.

In 2009, HQTS obtained the qualification certificate from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), passed the CPSC certification, and joined the International Inspection Center Alliance (TIC).

In 2011, HQTS established Yoshida Inspection Co., Ltd., set up an inspection factory and provided inspection services.

In 2013, HQTS established a branch in Brazil.

In 2014, HQTS established a 7,500 square meter consumer product testing laboratory in Hangzhou.

In 2015, HQTS acquired Dongguan Footwear Laboratory.

In 2020, HQTS became the official COC franchise partner in Iraq.
