Q: How do I know my size?

A: Please select your normal US shoe size. Our men's and women's shoes are manufactured in standard widths. Please refer to the "Sizing & Fit" section of our product pages for all product specific information. Q: How long will it take to get my Jack Erwins?

A: All standard orders ship free and will be dispatched by the end of the next business day. Those orders shipped via FedEx SmartPost should arrive at your doorstep within 7-10 business days of the ship date. Not fast enough? We offer expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout.

Q: What is your exchange process?

A: We offer exchanges for all unworn, unaltered products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process. As part of our exchange process, we will wait to receive and inspect your exchange product before shipping your replacement order. If you would like to receive your new shoes sooner, please place a new order through our website and we will refund your original purchase following the return process above.

Q: I live outside the United States, can I still buy a pair of Jack Erwins?

A: We do not ship outside of the 48 states, but please sign up for our mailing list and we will notify you when we start shipping internationally.
