Walmart cooperates with Angi to launch new services to improve buyer satisfaction!

AM123 learned that Walmart has launched a new service to provide buyers with assembly furniture, TV stands and other parts installation services. This service is driven by Walmart’s partnership with Angi. The new service includes more than 150 common household projects, including flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, TV installation, furniture installation and assembly services, etc.

Angi, formerly known as Angie's List, is a website that connects users with professionals for home repairs and maintenance. With more than 25 years of experience in home services and a network of more than 250,000 professionals, Angi claims to have served 150 million customers . Walmart is now leveraging Angi's resources to provide assembly services to Walmart buyers. Walmart buyers will also be able to choose to add Angi services to their orders at Walmart stores, Walmart.com, and the Walmart app.

“Angi brings experience and expertise to our shoppers, and we are excited to bring Angi’s expertise and convenience to our shoppers,” said Darryl Spinks, senior director of Walmart Retail Services.

It is learned that this service was initially launched in mid-February and will soon cover Walmart's 4,000 stores in the United States. The price of furniture assembly is usually around $49, and the price of TV installation is usually around $79. Now Angi's service has appeared on the Walmart website, providing loading and unloading and repair services for some products.
