Walmart targets infant and toddler market! Collaboration with Tot Squad!

It is learned that according to foreign media reports, Walmart recently reached a cooperation with parenting technology platform Tot Squad to launch the "Walmart x Tot Squad" service to provide "moms" and "dads" with various parenting knowledge and purchasing support.

It is reported that "moms" and "dads" need to add products to the shopping cart and click the "Get Expert Help" option to get advice from Tot Squad experts. In addition, the Tot Squad platform will also provide baby products from the Walmart market, which can be purchased by simply scanning the QR code on the product.

According to reports, Tot Squad can provide services including sleep cultivation, breastfeeding, lactation support, diet and nutrition consultation, and car seat installation for moms and dads.

It is learned that retailers are competing for the infant and toddler market and hope to gain more market share. In addition to Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond recently announced a partnership with Uber Technologies Inc. to expand the same-day delivery range of baby products to gain more customers.

Lauren Uppington, vice president of Walmart, said that Walmart is committed to providing various support to moms and dads to meet their shopping needs for baby products and contribute to their efforts in raising their children.
