The reason for the recall is that the bells attached to the socks may fall off and young children may swallow them by mistake, posing a choking hazard.

The socks are reportedly made in China and imported by Stance Inc. The socks are available in sizes M and L, with the UPC codes 19107481113 and 190107481120 respectively. The socks come with a hang tag and the UPC is printed on the back. The material is a combed cotton blend, with a large area of ​​brown color, black toes and heels, and gold bells around the ankles with a "reindeer" pattern on them. The report said that these children's socks were sold in Stance stores and www.Stance.com from November to December 2021, and the price was about $15. At present, the CPSC has received one report about the bell falling off during the use of this product, and no injuries have been reported.
