Canada Post opens community service center to expand logistics network coverage!

According to foreign media reports, Canada Post recently announced that it will open community service centers in remote areas, providing 24-hour parcel delivery and pickup services, parcel lockers and contactless automatic identification technology (order number). This move will better meet the shopping needs of local residents and rural users, while expanding Canada Post's own logistics network.

In addition, the Canada Post website will offer monetary services, including Canada Post MyMoney loans and ATMs, to meet the needs of digital wallets in remote areas or among Indigenous people.

In the coming months, Canada Post plans to open a second community centre in Nova Scotia with similar services, and will continue to expand and open more in the future.

It is learned that the new Canada Post service center is currently located in High Prairie, Alberta, and can provide services to approximately 11,000 people. Canada Post is piloting the new service in the region to test whether it can be effective and support local businesses and customers.
