My Amazon store has been blocked. How can I remove the brand registration?

The platform's audit of accounts is becoming more and more strict. For example, recently I encountered a KYC audit and a second review in the United States. In serious cases, the store was rejected and I couldn't log in to the backend directly. There was no time to unbind the brand from the backend! Case: The European site KYC audit failed, resulting in the store being unable to log in to the backend. How to unbind the brand registration?

1. Open the link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/help/contact-us

2. Select the topic "Account termination request"

3. Business name: fill in the name of the legal person or company

4. Email: Fill in the registered email address of the previous Amazon account

5. Question and comment:

User email: Amazon account registration email

Brand: the registered brand name

Specific reason for removal: The reason for removal is that the agency contract with the account to be removed has expired, so I applied for removal! I received Amazon's approval in about 1 day!

After the brand is unregistered from the blocked store, if you need to register it in a new store, you can directly follow the normal registration process. Here is a reminder that after the process is completed and Amazon reviews and passes it, you will be asked to submit a verification code. You can directly ask the agent who registered the trademark at that time, and then submit it to Amazon!
