In October of the same year, Experian announced that it had completed the sale of PriceGrabber, LowerMyBILls and ClassesUSA.com to the company's management team for an undisclosed amount. -In June 2015, Connexity (formerly Shopzilla) announced that it had acquired PriceGrabber, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. |
