1. About Buy2Sell

1. Buy2sell is a B2B e-commerce platform that focuses on introducing foreign brands into Vietnam and meeting the needs of domestic companies for imported goods.

2. Buy2sell aims to facilitate domestic businesses to access foreign goods suppliers and more easily connect local businesses with imported goods. In the opposite direction, Buy2sell introduces local businesses and connects them to the international market.

3. Buy2sell will introduce sources of imported goods and a series of showrooms and affiliated retail stores to develop brands and establish connections with distribution companies in Vietnam. At the same time, Buy2sell also supports the demand for purchasing goods from abroad and imports goods according to the requirements of buyers.

2. Buy2sell supports the following payment methods

1. Pay via PayPal

Applicable to orders with payment amount less than or equal to the amount in the Paypal wallet or Paypal-linked bank account.

2. Domestic ATM card (online banking) payment

Applicable to ATM cards registered for online banking services and belonging to Buy2sell affiliated banks.

3. Credit/Debit Card Payment

Only applicable to 4 types of cards issued by all banks nationwide through the Stripe payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express (Amex).

4. Payment by bank transfer

Applicable to orders with a final payment amount of VND 20 million or more, allowing buyers to pay via domestic ATM cards, credit/debit cards or direct bank transfer.

3. Prohibited Products

1. Reactionary, anti-religious, anti-religious, pornographic, violent, and against the good customs, traditions and culture of Vietnam;

2. Post spam, damage or defame the services provided by Buy2sell;

3. Insulting or provoking others in any way;

4. Spreading information prohibited by law, such as heroin use, ecstasy, murder, robbery, etc. (such as products printed with marijuana leaves and hookahs);

4. Promote and publicize the use of harmful products (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, marijuana);

5. Degenerate cultural products (tapes, books, articles);

6. State secret documents;

7. Human beings and/or parts of human bodies;

8. Products that are racist or offensive to a specific race or country;

9. Minimize personal products (such as personal photos, family photos, and children's photos);

10. Infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights and/or any trademark;

11. Products on Buy2sel’s prohibited/restricted product list.
