The Group was founded in 1992 and has rich and successful experience in opening up the telecommunications market and applying and popularizing advanced technologies. The Group is actively developing the largest 24-hour online shopping platform in Hong Kong, "HKTVmall", to provide one-stop services for Hong Kong people, including entertainment, online shopping, logistics delivery and customer service.

Selling Products

HKTV mall is the largest online shopping site in Hong Kong, offering Japanese and Korean fashion apparel, cosmetics, beauty and health care, red wine and food, snacks and juice, books and entertainment, travel goods, furniture and furnishings, toys and boutiques, movies and music, baby supplies, camping and fitness, cat and dog supplies, phones and cameras, headphones and speakers, electrical appliances and kitchenware, watches and diamonds, and everything else. All items have a minimum 3% Mall Dollar reward.

Development History

In February 2015, Hong Kong TV online shopping mall - HKTVmall was officially launched.

In March 2015, the "HKTV" app was launched on PlayStation.

In August 2015, HKTVmall’s creative advertising strongly covered more than 50 MTR stations.

In October 2016, the "HKTVmall Home Lucky Draw" was launched, with the first prize being a 4 million property fund.

In April 2018, we became the first open API partner of Citibank in Hong Kong and launched the "Citi Pay with Points" service on HKTVmall.

In June 2018, we partnered with PayMe to launch a seamless and secure mobile payment service on the HKTVmall app.

In March 2020, Citibank announced that it would once again work with HKTVmall, the online shopping platform under HKTV (01137), to launch the Citi HKTVmall Credit Card. The application and approval process is combined with the new API (application programming interface) technology, allowing customers to apply for a new card in one stop and make purchases instantly without submitting any documents.

In October 2020, HKTVmall, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Television, announced the launch of the takeaway pickup platform HKTVtakeaway, which officially started trial operation in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai yesterday, and will gradually expand to other districts.

In October 2020, Hong Kong e-commerce platform giant HKTVmall will provide services to third-party platform sellers to help them compete with Amazon platform sellers. HKTVmall will establish its first overseas R&D center in Taiwan by the end of this year. Europe is its second location after Taiwan and is expected to be completed next year.
