Israeli startup Ermetic is a company that provides security protection for enterprise clouds and was founded less than a year ago.

Founding Team

Ermetic was founded in 2019 by four web entrepreneurs who had already tasted the Kool-Aid of startup exits before joining forces: CEO Shai Morag, who founded Secdo, a company acquired by Palo Alto Networks; CTO Michael Dolinsk; CFO Sivan Krigsman, who founded Aorato, which was acquired by Microsoft; and CBO Arick Goomanovsky, founder of Sygnia, which was acquired by Temasek for $2.5 billion after raising just $4 million.

Financing

In May 2020, Ermetic announced that it had received $10 million in financing from Glilot Capital Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Target Global. The company said the new capital will be used to expand research and development and help expand marketing, sales and customer service efforts.
