Fundable is part of the Startups.co platform, one of the top crowdfunding sites that allows startups (currently only registered in the US) to offer rewards or equity in exchange for funding.

According to their website, startups that offer rewards typically raise less money (less than $50,000) but get more backers, while startups that offer equity typically raise more money from fewer investors.

However, to succeed with equity financing, you need to have all the ingredients that investors expect: a track record of growth, a solid business plan, and a publicity platform.

Fundable is not a registered broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice or recommendations for raising funds through securities offerings. Fundable does not recommend or otherwise suggest to any investor that an investment be made in a particular company, or that any company be made available to any particular investor for securities. Fundable is not involved in the negotiation or execution of transactions to purchase or sell securities and does not own funds or securities at any time. No securities transactions are executed or negotiated on or through the Fundable platform. Fundable receives no compensation in connection with the purchase or sale of securities.

Platform Fees

$179 per month during the campaign , rather than a percentage of total funds raised (excluding payment processing fees).
