Nearly 200,000 retailers from 144 countries use Joor ’s platform, including Neiman Marcus , Bergdorf Goodman , Printemps , 24 Sèvres and Harrods .

Function Introduction

JOOR uses an advanced integration suite to open a flexible and stable API interface for brands, helping them to seamlessly import product catalogs and real-time inventory information. Orders generated by JOOR will be directly fed back to the brand's backend management system. Currently, JOOR adopts a charging model for brands.

JOOR 's brand users can discover customers suitable for their own brands based on retailers' registration information and transaction records, and provide more effective classifications to provide retailers with personalized search services. The real-time data dashboard makes it easy for retailers to grasp the market conditions of hot-selling products and the most favorable time to place orders.

JOOR has also launched a mobile application that supports offline operation, allowing both parties to view real-time information such as order payment and logistics on the iPad at any time . In 2013 , JOOR completed a US$ 15 million Series B financing round led by Canaan Partners .

In February 2019 , JOOR completed its Series C financing of US$ 16 million, with investors including Canaan Partners , Battery Ventures , and Itochu (lead investor).

Development History

In 2017 , Joor partnered with the American luxury department store group Neiman Marcus Group to develop the "Joor Retailer Platform" , the industry's first mobile platform focused on wholesale purchasing and category planning, which can make buyers' work more labor-saving, efficient, accurate and collaborative.
