Development History

In June 2015 , Japan's Onward Holdings and Laox announced on the 22nd that they would jointly invest in a new company to design and sell clothing, mainly selling "Made in Japan" products to Chinese consumers.

In July 2015 , Luo Yiwen, the representative director and president of Lexus Co., Ltd., announced at a meeting that Lexus would cross over into the apparel field and reached a basic agreement with Japanese apparel retail giant ONWARD HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. ( Onward ) to establish a joint venture for the design, production and sales of fashion clothing and other lifestyle products.

In 2017, Onward , a well-known Japanese clothing retailer, and C Channel , a women's fashion short video company , announced that the two parties will release a joint brand " Two Faces " starting March 15th .

In 2017 , leather goods brand Mulberry established a joint venture with Japanese clothing retailer Onward .

In December 2018 , Japanese fashion group Onward Holdings ( hereinafter referred to as "Onward") announced that all its brands would withdraw from Zozotown , and all products were removed from the shelves on the same day.
