Submission Process

1. Go to Seller Central > Advertising > Deals

2. Click "Create a new deal "

3. Search ASIN and select " 7- day promotion", the promotion of the corresponding product will appear.

4. Please check your SKU information and make sure you are creating a 7 -day Deal .

5. Due to Hero Deals standard requirements , the " Hero Deals Recommended Price" will be different from the promotional price in the (7-day Deal) management page.

6. The seller needs to click “Select ” and fill in the Hero Deal price.

7. Sellers select the date they wish to run the promotion

8. Then the seller fills in the promotional price suggested by the email on the next page

9. Sellers can view promotion information before “Submit Deal ” .

Please note that after you submit a Hero Deal, Flash Deal, or 7-Day Sale, any price changes to the ASIN participating in the sale may affect the maximum price requirement for that sale.
If you change the price within 25 hours before the flash sale starts, your flash sale will be temporarily rejected and automatically cancelled.

Promotions will be offered based on the stock availability of the SKU in one of our European fulfillment centers. If there is insufficient stock, we reserve the right to cancel the promotion.

Do not change the status of items participating in Hero Deals, Flash Deals, and 7-Day Sales to "Unavailable" in the "Manage Inventory" page. Otherwise, all Hero Deals, Flash Deals, or 7-Day Sales scheduled for that ASIN will be canceled, or a technical error will occur. Similarly, do not delete any ASINs from upcoming Hero Deals, Flash Deals, or 7-Day Sales from your inventory. Cancelled promotions cannot be restored.

For Hero Deals, Lightning Deals, and 7-Day Deals that contain sub-variants, please avoid creating or assigning new sub-ASINs to this variant. Doing so will cause existing Lightning Deals to be re-approved for the new sub-ASINs, which may result in your promotion being temporarily rejected or cancelled.

If any images for a promotion contain text or do not follow the style guide requirements, the promotion will be cancelled without prior notice. Please review your products and ensure that they comply with the Amazon style guide and product image requirements.
