In December 2014 , Kuaifangsongyao received millions of dollars in investment from Jiuhe Venture Capital.

In June 2015 , Kuaifang announced the completion of RMB 50 million in Series A financing.

In April 2017 , Shandong Buchang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. issued an announcement today that the company plans to subscribe to the additional registered capital of 276,666.67 yuan of Beijing Kuaifang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kuaifang Songyao") at a price of 60 million yuan . After the completion of this capital increase, the company will hold 11.538% of the shares of Kuaifang Songyao, and the registered capital of Kuaifang Songyao will be changed to 23.977778 million yuan.

Development History

At the beginning of its establishment, Kuaifang Drug Delivery mainly adopted a third-party drug delivery model.
