Operational Model

From the moment it's installed, Heap records all user data, whether it's a click on an image or a keystroke. You can ask a question at any time and get an immediate answer without writing a single line of code.

On the other hand, in addition to organizing the entered data, Heap can also access other internal and external data interfaces to automatically record the new behavior data generated by users every day, so that Heap's user behavior data remains highly accurate and focused.

Corporate Vision

Heap's vision is to make user behavior data analysis simple and easy to operate, so Heap has built a powerful data modeling tool. As long as the company inputs the data, visual charts of various dimensions such as user demand insights and behavioral habits will be displayed.

Financing

Earlier, Heap completed $2 million in seed financing.

In August 2016, Heap received $11 million in Series A funding. This round of financing was led by NEA, with participation from Menlo Ventures, SVAngel, Initialized Capital and Pear Ventures. The proceeds will be used to expand staffing to meet customer growth needs. After this round of financing, its total financing amount is $13 million.

In May 2017, Heap, a company that provides user behavior data analysis tools, received $27 million in Series B funding.

If your site has fewer than 5,000 visitors per month, it's free. If you need more data, you'll need to contact Heap for a quote, but I estimate that the paid version starts at $499 per month.
