How to search for US trademarks

① Click to enter the United States Trademark Office: http://www.uspto.gov/trademark

②Click TESS on the page to enter the query

③ Jump to the page below and click on the basic words column

④Enter the name to search, uppercase and lowercase are not important

⑤ Click submit query to jump to the relevant valid results of the search

⑥ Click on a name to view the information. The page will display the trademark name, image, registered product category, application date and other related information.

If you just want to check the information of the trademark, select live&dead before searching, and the page will display all the related name records, as shown in the figure below
