Volumetric weight restrictions

1. Weight Limit

The maximum weight of a single piece is 2 kg.

2. Volume Limitation

Maximum size: The total length, width and thickness of a single mail piece shall not exceed 90 cm, and the longest side shall not exceed 60 cm.

The sum of twice the diameter and the length of the piece shall not exceed 104 cm, and the length shall not exceed 90 cm.

Minimum size: The length of a single mail piece shall not be less than 14 cm, and the width shall not be less than 11 cm. The sum of twice the diameter and the length of a rolled mail piece shall not be less than 17 cm, and the length shall not be less than 11 cm.

The standard delivery time for the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and France is 7-10 working days, and for Russia it is 10-15 working days. The delivery time is stable and guaranteed.

Online E-mail and offline E-mail

1. Difference

Online E-Packet mainly refers to placing orders on platforms such as Ebay, AliExpress, Dunhuang, Amazon, etc. and directly shipping the goods.

Offline E-mail is commonly referred to as E-mail, which is also a relatively common method. It mainly means that foreign trade sellers can directly import the E-mail orders of the mailing country into the system to print labels, detail sheets, etc.

2. Delivery process

Online E-Post: Generally, the platform is directly connected with the post office, and the numbers are directly obtained from the post office system.

Offline E-Post: Generally, the freight forwarder gets the account number from the post office, and the post office allocates a part of the number segment to the freight forwarder, who then processes it and hands it over to the post office.

(2) United Kingdom – Mainland China, Channel Islands and Isle of Man;

(3) France - only the mainland area, areas with postal codes starting with 01-95, and its overseas territories cannot be delivered, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte;

(4) Other countries – domestic only.

In 2016, the countries and regions where international e-Packet was newly added as a destination are: Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey and Mexico.

In 2017, WishPost-EUB launched 19 new routes: South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Mexico, and New Zealand. The entire logistics nodes of the new routes can be tracked (including delivery information).
