The seller's store has been blocked again! The first wave of account scanning after the holiday!
The National Day holiday has only been over for a few days, and there have been reports of stores being closed in the Amazon circle. Is Amazon planning a new round of strict inspections?

There are two main reasons for many store closures this time. One is the old issue of fake orders, which has been cracked down on again after the holidays. The other is copyright infringement. Not only the US site, but also the European site has fallen under Amazon's heavy blows. Moreover, since most European sellers have registered many European sites, once a store is closed, all European stores will be affected and all sales rights will be removed.

Along with the emergence of a large number of store closures, some even more disgusting things have surfaced - someone is taking advantage of Amazon's crackdown to stir up trouble! Many of the stores that have been closed recently were maliciously attacked and induced by Amazon to close the stores!

For example, the newly appeared infringement store closures, some sellers reported that the keywords of their store's supporting products were registered as brands by competitors, and then the sellers' main products were removed from the shelves by using infringement complaints, and even the sales rights were removed. There are also those who took advantage of Amazon's recent crackdown on fake orders and maliciously gave competitors a large number of black account reviews, resulting in the opponent being directly sentenced to death for the second fake order, and Amazon no longer accepts appeals. The products that were not faked were gone just like that, and the sellers were really wronged!

Amazon's auditing is to blame for frequent malicious attacks

Various malicious attacks are frequently launched, and they all use Amazon's official hand to kill people. For example, Amazon cannot identify whether the positive reviews you give are from you or others, and you cannot effectively prove your innocence, leaving sellers speechless and unable to speak out. No wonder a big seller offered a reward of 500,000 yuan to find the initiator of the malicious attack some time ago. This problem cannot be solved directly.

As for malicious review and order manipulation and malicious registration, they are all old tactics. The problem is that these tactics were not so effective in the past. You had to use a small black account to do a large number of automated manipulations to ensure that Amazon could capture them. At this time, Amazon might give the seller a warning first, and your manipulation would not be so effective.

However, Amazon's policies have been tightened significantly now. They directly skip the first warning and send a second warning letter. All suspicious buyer accounts are blacklisted. The vigorous rectification has unexpectedly increased the success rate of this malicious method, allowing some black hands to act recklessly. In addition, the second warning letter does not give sellers a chance to appeal, which directly encourages the arrogance of malicious sellers.

This crackdown has caused too much damage to sellers. Amazon cannot strictly determine whether the orders are fake and too many people have been accidentally hurt. The key is that there is no appeal channel. Isn’t this cheating people? The big sellers who are currently suing Amazon have not started with proving that there are no fake orders. They all asked Amazon to return the frozen funds. It can be seen how difficult it is to prove that there are no fake orders.

At present, the only thing we can expect is antitrust supervision. As long as the supervision is implemented, Amazon cannot close stores at will. Referring to the policies already implemented in Europe, Amazon must notify sellers 30 days in advance before closing stores and accept reviews from regulators and effective appeals from sellers at any time.
