The focus of the entire notice is where the red line is drawn. To put it simply, it means "products that are prompted to be replenished in the 'Replenishment Report' page of the background can be replenished."

I quickly opened the backend and tried it myself. The SKUs that can be replenished in this location can really create a shipping plan! !

I randomly filled in a shipping quantity, and then successfully reached the warehouse division step. There were no problems except that it was divided into three warehouses.

I tried some SKUs that did not have replenishment prompts , and there was still an error message when creating a shipping plan, prompting me to suspend the entry of non-essential items into the warehouse.

This proves that what Amazon said is true. Only products that need to be replenished can be created for delivery. We immediately shared this news with the students in the group, and some students reported that the products that were prompted to be replenished from the top of the new version of the background are still not replenished.

Only products that are indicated as available for replenishment under Inventory Performance can have a shipping plan created.

The replenishment reminder for this location is automatic by algorithm. Generally, it is placed here only when there is really no stock or the remaining stock cannot last for a few days.

If there is no prompt to replenish stock here, you can also try to create new products of your own. Some sellers have tried many products and have one or two SKUs that can be replenished.

The partial restocking was resumed so quickly. It seems that a lot of people have been hired for the 100,000 temporary positions. According to this situation, although it is not certain that normal delivery can be resumed on April 5, it is a good thing to be able to restock. This is the biggest good news in the past two days !
