After I complained, I went to the front desk and saw that his link was gone, but it was bound to the brand. So although they can no longer use that ASIN on the US site, we can't use it either, because after the ASIN is offline, the brand is still bound to theirs. So after the follow-up sale, we have no editing rights at all, and no matter how we edit it in the background, it will not be affected;

The solution later was to use the official website of my own company brand, upload the Amazon ASIN and pictures, and use the link of my own official website to open a case to prove that this product belongs to our brand, hoping to get the editing rights back, and then wait for the customer service to reply;

After the customer service replied, the editing rights of aisn were returned, but the reviews were also taken away, so after all the trouble, there was nothing in the end. The customer service’s response was "If it can be crawled, it will be there, if it cannot be crawled, there is no way to synchronize", so in the end it was basically a waste of time, but at least I got my asin back and didn't let others take advantage of it.

Some people may not have an official website for their own brand, but they can use a sales link from another platform (the link must contain brand information) or a link that can prove that the product is under your brand.

PS: The above operations are all completed on the site being copied. I haven’t tried it on the US and UK sites because both CA and US belong to North America and the trademarks are universal.
