What is MallforAfrica? MallforAfrica Review

MallforAfrica (MFA) is a well-known e-commerce platform in Africa, mainly selling fashion + shoes and clothing, brand watches and other European and American products. With its unique payment system and distribution system, MallforAfrica has become a digital agent and logistics manager for American retailers to sell goods to African consumers.

About MallforAfrica

Through MFA, Chris Folayan, CEO of MFA, saw an opportunity to open a two-way sales channel in the African market. He said: "Our MallforAfrica platform is actually helping African consumers buy goods from places like the United States, which has also become a return ticket for African products to be sold overseas."

MallforAfrica provides African consumers with access to billions of US and UK products. Through MallforAfrica, consumers can shop directly from more than 180 international retailers, including Net-A-Porter, Carter's, Gap, FarFetch, etc., which are generally unable to enter the African market through other channels.

The MallforAfrica platform provides African consumers with the opportunity to purchase goods directly from international online retailers, giving its users direct access to hundreds of US and UK e-commerce retailers and a product portfolio of over 8.5 billion items.

MallforAfrica manages all order processes, creating a simple, secure and convenient online shopping experience for consumers.

Entrepreneurial inspiration

Founder Chris Folayan founded MallforAfrica in 2011. The inspiration for the business came from his "on behalf of others" experience. Chris Folayan said: "Every time I return to Nigeria from the United States, my friends and friends of friends always ask me to buy a lot of American goods for them, many of which are brand-name goods. Later, the quantity and amount of goods exceeded my ability to handle. We saw the market demand and decided to create a website to meet it."
