Sales are expected to grow 30% in 2021! Walmart expands its auto parts category!

It is learned that according to foreign media reports, Walmart recently reached a cooperation with automotive supplier Revolution Parts to provide shoppers with hundreds of thousands of new genuine auto parts.

Walmart has also reportedly set up a dedicated sales page for Revolution Parts, allowing customers to search for parts based on the make, model and year of their vehicle and buy the items they want in a short period of time.

Brian Rowland, general manager of the Walmart department, said that through this cooperation, consumers will get the auto parts they want directly from OEM (original equipment manufacturer), OES (original equipment supplier) and aftermarket suppliers, which is relatively more convenient and faster because Walmart can list the entire sales catalog in a timely manner.

According to Walmart, online auto parts sales are growing "at a very rapid pace," increasing nearly 30% in 2020 and expected to grow another 30% in 2021.

It is understood that through this cooperation, Walmart's share in the online auto parts market will further increase, forming a strong competition with large retailers such as Amazon and eBay.
