Etsy releases holiday shipping deadlines for major logistics providers! Multiple surcharges increased

Etsy has released the holiday shipping deadlines for major logistics providers and announced the increase in USPS holiday surcharges. Each major shipping service has a deadline by which packages must arrive before Christmas (Saturday, December 25).

Here are the deadlines for each operator:

FedEx Holiday Deadline

• FedEx Home Delivery®: December 15
• FedEx International Ground®: December 17
• FedEx ExpressSaver®: December 21
• FedEx 2Day®: December 22
• FedEx Standard Overnight®: December 23
• FedEx Priority Overnight®: December 23

Canada Post Holiday Deadline

Etsy says that during the holiday season, many carriers adjust their rates and surcharges, and any rate changes or surcharges will be automatically reflected in the price of shipping labels purchased on Etsy.

U.S. Postal Service Holiday Surcharge

PriorityMail, PriorityMailExpress, ParcelSelectGround and USPSRetailGround:

• PM and PME flat rate boxes and envelopes add $0.75.
• Zones 1-4 increase by $0.25, 0-10 lbs.
• Zones 5-9, 0-10 lbs. increase by $0.75.
• Zones 1-4, 11-20 lbs., increase by $1.50.
• Zones 5-9, 11-20 lbs. increase by $3.00.
• Zones 1-4, 21-70 lbs. increase by $2.50.
• Zones 5-9 increase by $5.00, 21-70 lbs.
