Solution to error 5461 when uploading products after brand registration

Note: This method is only applicable when you are unable to upload products or use other brand section functions after successful brand registration.

Open a case through this path: https://brandregistry.amazon.com/cu/contact-us?ref=brnav_to_contactus&languageSwitched=1&mons_sel_locale=en_US. Only through this path can the brand team handle your case. Then select the option of technical issue to open a case, change the case title to Brand registration does not take effect, and submit the following information:
