JD.HK (formerly JD Global Shopping) is mainly engaged in cross-border imported goods business. It is one of the key businesses of JD Group's international strategic layout and the first stop for international brands to connect with JD. Since its launch on April 15, 2015, it has attracted 20,000 brands and nearly 10 million SKUs, covering fashion +, maternal and child care, nutrition and health, personal beauty, 3C, home furnishing, imported food, automotive supplies, overseas direct purchase and many other product categories, covering more than 70 countries and regions including the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, etc.



About Haidun Global


On July 30, 2018, JD Global Shopping announced that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Japan's Kintetsu Department Store Group. Kintetsu Department Store's overseas flagship store was officially launched on JD Global Shopping, selling Japanese beauty and skin care, personal care, maternal and child products, mother's zone, household products, clothing and underwear, and other products.


On November 19, 2018, JD.com officially upgraded its global shopping brand to "Haitun Global". Positioned as "JD.com's global direct purchasing platform", Haitun Global focuses on the direct purchase model from the place of origin, with the advantages of self-operated direct procurement, highlighting direct purchase from the place of origin, and JD.com's delivery.


"Haidun Global" means hoarding overseas goods from all over the world, and "Haidun" is a homonym of "dolphin".


Investment requirements


1. Haidun Global Open Platform adopts an invitation-based investment promotion system.


2. Basic conditions for investment promotion: having an overseas registered company entity; having an overseas public bank account (settled in US dollars); giving priority to recruiting well-known overseas physical stores or B2C websites, brand owners, brand agents, well-known retailers and well-known overseas brands that have not entered the Chinese market.


Settlement process


Note: Merchants need to read the settlement instructions carefully; generally, it takes about 2 to 4 weeks from the time the investment manager receives complete information to the opening of the store; if you encounter any problems during the settlement process, please consult the investment manager.


Platform store type


1. Flagship store:


(1) Brand Direct Flagship Store: refers to a flagship store that is directly operated by the brand owner (trademark right holder) and holds one or more self-owned brands. If multiple self-owned brands are operated, each brand must belong to the same actual controller.


(2) Brand authorized flagship store: refers to a flagship store where the company has first-level, exclusive authorization from the brand owner (trademark right holder) and operates one or more authorized brands. If multiple brands are operated, each brand must belong to the same actual controller.


(3) Store-type flagship store: refers to a store-type flagship store opened by an overseas online or offline retailer that owns a service trademark.


2. Exclusive store: refers to an exclusive store that sells one or more authorized brand products. If multiple authorized brands are sold, each brand must belong to the same actual controller.


3. Specialty store: refers to a store that operates two or more self-owned or authorized brands.

1. Well-known brands/brand agents;


2. Well-known retailers/chains/department stores/supermarkets;


3. Well-known B2B and B2C e-commerce companies;


4. Have an excellent operation team and operation foundation.
