GittiGidiyor is the most preferred shopping destination for approximately 190,000 registered members in Türkiye. The product range on GittiGidiyor exceeds 15 million in more than 50 categories, with approximately 1 product sold per second.


Gittigidiyor provides a payment protection system "SıfırRisk" that allows buyers and sellers to trade with zero risk. Its function is similar to that of Taobao in China. The amount paid by the buyer will first be transferred to the platform account, and then the seller will ship the goods. The platform will transfer the money to the seller's account only after the buyer confirms receipt of the goods.

Settlement process


The Gittigidiyor platform entry is divided into two parts: platform account registration and seller information filling. The details are as follows:


1. Register a platform account. Like most platforms, you only need to fill in the following information to register an account. The information you need to fill in includes: name, email, username, password and mobile phone number.


Note: The email address must be complete and valid, as all information on the Gittigidiyor platform will be sent through this registration email. The user name needs to be carefully considered, as it cannot be modified once registered. For international sellers, a local agent is required, as a local Turkish mobile phone number must be filled in when registering an account.


2. After completing the registration, complete the account information in the account center to complete the registration. The information that needs to be completed includes:


(1) Address information: What needs to be noted here is the return and exchange address. Consumers choose the address provided by the seller in their email rather than the default address in the system.


(2) Mobile phone number verification: Only users who verify their mobile phone numbers can obtain membership and have a member logo. When consumers see the member logo when searching for seller information, it can increase their shopping confidence.


(3) Complete bank account information: Accounts without complete bank information cannot be used for product sales.


(4) Operator information authentication: The seller's information must be complete, whether it is an individual or a company. If the seller's information is not complete, the Gittigidiyor platform will not be able to charge the seller any fees.
