When the buyer makes a bargaining request, the seller can see the buyer's request in the chat window. Click [Click to view] to see the latest price proposed by the buyer. The seller can choose [Decline] (reject) or [Accept] (accept) to respond to the new price proposed by the buyer.

Buyers can negotiate prices several times before a deal is finalized.

Yes, buyers can propose a price for a product by sending an offer to the seller.

2. What should the seller do after receiving the offer?

After receiving the offer, the seller can click "Accept" or "Reject".

3. After the seller [Accepts] the buyer’s offer, how does the buyer know about the successfully negotiated goods?

After the negotiation is successful, the goods will be directly put into the buyer's Shopping Cart. The buyer can pay for the order directly in the Shopping Cart to successfully place the order.

For refund requests after order completion, please contact local customer service directly. After confirmation, if the seller agrees to the refund, Shopee backend will refund the buyer.
