After more than a decade of development, INTTRA has become the de facto standard for global ocean shipping booking technology. To date, INTTRA has worked with more than 55 leading carriers and NVOCCs, more than 110,000 freight forwarders and shippers, and more than 100 software alliances. Its platform processes more than 650,000 container orders per week , accounting for 24% of global ocean container trade .

Development History

Created in 2000 by P&O Nedlloyd, Maersk+SeaLand, MSC, CMA CGM and Hamburg Sud .

In 2001 , Hapag-Lloyd and KN became shareholders.

In 2002 , UASC acquired shares.

In 2010, ABS Capital spent US$ 30 million to acquire a 51% stake .

In 2015 , it received US$ 9.5 million in strategic funding.

In March 2017 , INTTRA expanded its ocean transportation to land transportation by acquiring Avantida , a leading European company providing empty container management for ocean carriers , to solve the container reuse and repositioning problems of ocean carriers, transportation companies, terminals, warehouses, etc.

In October 2018 , INTTRA was acquired for an undisclosed amount by E2open .
