Amazon has added a new feature to its Prime membership: Outfit Compare, which can evaluate the user 's outfit.LocationThe Outfit Compare feature can be found under "Programs and Features" in the sidebar navigation of the latest version of the Amazon app. How to usePrime users can upload two photos of themselves wearing different styles of clothes, wait a few minutes, and then receive a response from the system, telling them which outfit looks better. Amazon claims that the scoring results are based on factors such as the fit, color, style and current fashion trends of the clothes, and are operated and scored by a "team of fashion experts." Each outfit is given a Style Scale score, which offers ratings like "Definitely Pick This One!", "We Like This Better", and "It Was A Close Call". If users want to obtain an accurate overall score, they need to upload a full-body photo "from head to toe". It is impossible to get a score based on a head shot alone. Privacy issuesAmazon promises that only internal staff can see these photos, and photos stored in the cloud can also be deleted by users. For some privacy-sensitive people, if you don't want anyone to see your photos through the program, the safest way is not to use this new feature. |
