Reasons for losing the Wish All-Star Merchant badge

Case 1: When a merchant consistently uses a top-performing carrier (Tier 1 or 2) to deliver orders, but uses a poorly performing carrier (Tier 3 or 4) for a few subsequent orders, the merchant will lose the All-Star Merchant badge.

Case 2: When a merchant has always used a specific Tier 2 carrier to deliver a product to a destination country, but switches to another carrier from the same tier to deliver to the same destination country.
