Activation steps

Go to your subscription account.

Scroll down to Selling Manager Pro and select Subscribe.

Check that the correct tool is selected and choose Continue.

Read and agree to the terms in our User Agreement and choose to subscribe.

Cancellation Steps

Go to your subscription account.

Scroll down to eBay Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro and select Cancel Subscription.

On the next page, click the Yes button to confirm that you want to cancel your opt-in.

If you cancel your membership in Selling Manager Pro, eBay will retain your archived sales and inventory data from Selling Manager Pro for 30 days. After 30 days, this data will be automatically deleted. If you change your mind and subscribe again within 30 days, you will still have access to your information.
