In the announcement, Suntech Power disclosed that the issue price is 20.45 yuan per share, and the corresponding diluted price-to-earnings ratio of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders in 2022, whichever is lower, before or after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, is 47.40 times.
