As part of our ongoing response to COVID-19, Amazon is prioritizing critical medical supplies to hospitals and government organizations.

You may be a supplier of one or more products (ASINs) that are now only available to hospitals and government organizations that are in urgent need of high-demand medical products such as N95 masks, surgical masks, face shields, gowns, medical gloves, and bulk disinfectants . Selected ASINs for these product types will no longer be available to the general public on mazon.com and AmazonBusiness.com.

For ASINs affected by this change, we have waived our standard marketplace fees through June 30, 2020 to encourage our selling partners to offer more inventory of these products at the most competitive prices to our customers with the greatest demand.

In the special period of epidemic prevention and control, in order to effectively support the global fight against the epidemic, ensure product quality and safety, and regulate export order, from April 1, enterprises exporting new coronavirus testing reagents, medical masks, medical protective clothing, ventilators, and infrared thermometers must provide written or electronic statements (see Appendix 1 for templates) when declaring to the customs, promising that the exported products have obtained China's medical device product registration certificate (see Appendix 2 for relevant registration information) and meet the quality standards of the importing country (region). Customs will inspect and release based on the medical device product registration certificate approved by the drug supervision and management department. The above-mentioned medical material export quality supervision measures will be dynamically adjusted depending on the development of the epidemic.
