Development History

-In May 2011, Glory Technology (HK) Group Limited was established and obtained the SBO license issued by OFCA to engage in international voice business. In August, Glory Shanghai Office was established and Maggie was appointed as the business director;

-In March 2013, Glory Communication Americas Co Ltd was established in the United States and obtained an FCC license to engage in international voice services in the Americas. In April, Glory Ningbo Office was established;

-In February 2014, the US company Glory Communication Americas Co Ltd obtained the 214 license review and entered the public announcement stage;

In September 2015, the second US office Spider Networkin Inc was established to specialize in international data IoT business. In October, Ningbo Niuxin Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established to provide integrated communication cloud services for global enterprises.

-In May 2016, Glory California Office was established in San Jose, USA;

-In May 2017, the first phase of the NXcloud cloud communication platform was launched. In July, Niuxin participated in the 6th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the title of "Excellent Enterprise". It was approved by the Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau to become the first batch of innovative start-ups in Yinzhou District. In September, it obtained the National Inter-regional Value-added Telecommunications Business License issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In December, it applied for a patent and obtained a software patent certificate, numbered: Software Registration No. 2275746. The platform obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate issued by the National Copyright Administration;

-In April 2018, Glory obtained the Telecommunications Network Number Resource Use Certificate issued by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. In August, Glory attended the International Telecom Week (ITW) conference in Chicago, USA as the main sponsor. In September, Glory was invited to participate in Asia Communications Conference (ACC), the largest communications conference in Asia, held in Cebu, Philippines. In November, Niuxin obtained 7 computer software patent certificates.

-In May 2019, Niuxin established a branch in Beijing. In June, it established its Indonesian branch PT NXcloud Asia Indonesia, which obtained the local communication business operation qualification. In September, Niuxin established its Shanghai office, with its business covering the Yangtze River Delta. At the same time, it established its Vietnamese branch CTY TNHH NXCLOUD ASIA VIETNAM, which obtained the local communication business operation qualification. In December, it established its Indian branch NX COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMIED in Bangalore, India;

-In May 2020, Niuxin successfully applied for the High-tech Zone Entrepreneurship and Innovation Project, and established the Chengdu Branch at the same time to independently operate the South China regional business. In August, Niuxin was successfully shortlisted for the innovation team project of the 9th Ningbo Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. In September, Ningbo Niuxin successfully applied for the national high-tech enterprise. In December, the Shenzhen headquarters was officially established, and the office is located in Kexing Science and Technology Park, Nanshan District.
